I’m working on legal, regulatory, and design issues related to web3, extended reality, artifical intelligence, and online platforms. My research and writing focus specfically on how the cross-cutting and constantly evolving nature of these technologies creates problems for traditional laws and regulations. The objective is to envision new forms of governance/regulation that are able to keep pace with the disruptions caused by technology while ensuring that society is able to reap the benefits that technological advancement brings.
